For the aspect of any kind of strength or asset as an individual and as a team, what you may define or compare to character and personality, all about heart and soul, everyday determination and resolution, the energy and enthusiasm to do, to have, to experience, to achieve, to be, anything you can imagine.
Fortunately yes, there are always lessons to learn and grow and the opportunity to express the best of who we are, and reaching out to others, so they can also express the best of who they are, is a lot like teamwork in any sport or endeavour, however in the end as the beginning individual initiative for leadership, self management and excellence can be applied to any personal endeavour and expanded into any enterprise or other venture.

The best place to start is with the individual, where there is no limitation on leadership, self management or excellence. There are lots of smart people in Canada with lots of ideas, some people may not even be considered smart, yet they invent things, everyday, perspective, awareness, pure genius, they are on the front lines, and good ideas are presented everyday, that never see the light of day, no suggestion box, no recognition, no bonus, no shares, no increase in opportunity or responsibility, no nothing, no chance of anything good being implemented, they are a threat to the system, the foreign controlled union, the management, not to the owners of the company, not the stock market, not share value, not the inventive capacity for intellectual capital and property, not even a threat to real measurable progress, except to the opposition, a threat to the image of those who believe they are all that, with their degrees and certificates, fancy training and titles, yet totally surpassed by what is called the upstart, the newbie.

Look and listen to MP Pierre Poilievre in question period especially, now, there is leadership, self management and excellence in action. He is very professional. How in the world does he stay so cool, he is cool, super cool in fact, dealing with all the imbeciles, idiots, traitors and people that never answer his questions, knowing what he knows about what is going on? He could be a coach, he could be the next prime minister, I feel almost tortured alive just listening to the circus, nevertheless, he has a job to do, and we always realize we have really big problems, and that there is a very real need for more leadership, self management and excellence in Ottawa or anywhere in government, right. The best part is, the individual can accept personal responsibility and go forward with that aspect of character development and even apply that to enterprise or anything else. Good people can make a real difference.
If it was not for the election fraud and the changes to the EDA, electoral district territory and the massive shift in voting demographics, Pierre Poilievre would have won in his own riding and also the conservative as the governing party. The Liberal Party is famous for mass immigration invasion and giving away voting rights to people that they place strategically in an EDA and certainly combine or change EDA boundaries for voting demographics. Now knowing that, how does Pierre Poilievre stay so cool? Leadership, self management and excellence, something everyone can apply and work at in their lives.

This characteristic is remarkable in the aspect that when Maxime Bernier is asked questions, it does not take long to recognize he is profound in depth of answers and comprehensiveness, and not afraid to say what the problem is and expose what is going on. He is not a member of a foreign occupied government, is not a puppet and lackey, he can think for himself, no script, no notes, and look at problems and have solutions in comprehensive detail, which requires a good understanding of government, politics, national and international geo-politics and getting things down, how government operates. the controlling class do not want you to hear what he has to say, as it is said with leadership qualities and certainly do not want people to know that they do not have to put up and tolerate the disaster zone of treason and high treason in Ottawa, and that in fact there can be a lot better policies for nation building that truly work for every0one in Canada.
In the future it is possible there will be more opportunities for Maxime Bernier as well as Pierre Poilievre in candid open discussion, two people that can talk.
Who really has the leading edge in advanced policy nation building?
