We understand that the ultra-nationalist vision of the Battlegroup 301 Railroad Industry Infrastructure Program, contrasts considerably with the new proposal for the high speed Toronto to Quebec City route, which is only in a certain area and certain people, it is not national in magnitude of geography and topography, it may even be divisive between the have and have nots, whereas the Battlegroup 301 vision is epic and practical, nation building that includes small towns, history and future that is possible by choice.
