Goblins
There is actually a goblin in the room, not an elephant. The goblin in very clever, it can fit into any room in the world. Goblins can even find their way into nanotechnology, like nanotubes especially in things like so called vaccines, which are bio-weapons.
Goblins don’t stop there, they can insert themselves into lines of code, believe it or not, like a sleeper cell, except they are not sleeping, they wait, they are really good at waiting, whether in milliseconds to execute their function, their script, their purpose. Zero day, dooms day, doom and gloom day, even hard at work until the end, the day of salvation.
Some goblins are expendable, some or re-usable, some are reprogrammable and can be redeployed, anywhere, at any time for any purpose, sometimes they enable, augment and amplify the environment for goblins, they take over, like an innocent letter hidden in an application of criminal destruction or endless spy and crime by the criminal mastermind syndicate from hell, they are fundamentally misunderstood, could even possibly be good people, nobody really knows, only God, right?

Volcanos
Volcanos do not apologize for anything either, they can do no wrong, they are not the centre of the universe, however they are part of the central decentralized system relating to fault lines and pressure points, they are subject to acoustic and various frequency drivers. Clever people on planet earth including government
Yes, this planet has many clever people, the problem is people know more about destruction, poison, killing, genocide, war, immorality, crime, violence and sexual perversion. They know more about dysfunctional political and economic systems and foreign occupied government than anything else infinitely more useful.
People in government know more about being a double agent, stooge, puppet, lackey or traitor. They know more about having allegiance to a foreign government masquerading as a religion, or an unelected private corporation or other fictional entity, a usurper of power to neutralize and destroy nation state sovereignty and useful things like economic nationalism or white ethnocentric civilization and culture, industry and people.
People in government know more about lies, deception, treachery and manipulation. They know more about theft, expropriation and plundering. They know more about rape, pedophilia, child abuse, sex trafficking and satanism. They know more about arbitrary decrees and illegal laws, unlawful laws, and things like the Admiralty Law of the Sea, that super imposed injustice, tyranny, oppression, terrorism, crime and violence and actual genocide and war on the citizens, everywhere.
They know more about making illegal and unconstitutional laws and regulations while at the same time denying things like the right to Due Process, or fundamental inalienable human rights. They really don’t have manners, a 5 thousand dollar suit and fancy shoes, necktie, cufflinks do not equate with manners, it is an illusion, a sociopath, destroyers of the world, like a doctor wearing a white coat, a robe of authority from the church of cut, burn, poison from the cult of disease and death.

Yes, the vindictive villain narcissist control freak represents a considerable magnitude of problematic challenges.
Is that what a rogue president is, or a rogue person, a double agent, traitor, what is that exactly, betrayal, extremism, radicalism, treason and betrayal to your own family or brother or even parents and friends, what is that?
Treachery to the country, the community, recklessness and stupidity. Redacted evidence implicating crime, destruction of evidence, falsification of so called evidence, evidence fraud, more entrapment, deception, manipulation and endless excuses to justify actions. Actions with no recourse, no possible justice, no penalty, no accountability, nothing.
Any and all actions, anything is authorized by executive orders, orders in council, actions that make up stories, actions that for the vindictive villain narcissist, exempts themselves from the ramifications of crime, treason, breaking the law, the laws do not apply to narcissists. They are the centre of the universe, the constitution does not apply either, that is irrelevant, right, they can do no wrong.

[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water; . . .
The Declare War Clause is a central element of Congress’s war powers and its meaning is among those most heavily debated.1 The Supreme Court has observed that only Congress has the power to declare war,2 but the implications of this exclusive assignment are not well-settled. In particular, the relationship between Congress’s power to declare war and the President’s war powers granted under Article II of the Constitution is a subject of significant disagreement.3
The first draft of the Constitution considered in Philadelphia in 1787 would have given Congress the power to make war,
but the Framers substituted the word declare
in what James Madison described as an effort to ensure that the President was empowered to repel sudden attacks.4 Under Congress’s interpretation of the Constitution, the President may introduce troops into hostile circumstances if Congress has (1) declared war, (2) specifically authorized the President to use force, or (3) there is a national emergency created by an attack on the United States or its territories.5 The executive branch claims much broader authority and asserts that the Constitution empowers the President to initiate and engage in many types of military action without congressional authorization.6
While this interbranch debate remains active, other questions concerning the Declare War Clause have been settled by longstanding practice and judicial opinions. For example, the Supreme Court has recognized that Congress need not issue a formal declaration of war to authorize the United States to engage in military action.7 Congress also can, by statute, authorize the President to use force within defined parameters that do not rise to the level of a general declaration of war.8 The United States has issued declarations of war against eleven countries during five conflicts, but it has not formally declared war since World War II.9 As a result, statutory authorizations have become the predominant method for Congress to permit military action since the Second World War.10
The Supreme Court has also observed that the Declare War Clause confers broad authority upon Congress to pursue the war effort.11 The power to Declare War,
the Supreme Court stated in 1870, involves the power to prosecute it by all means and in any manner in which war may be legitimately prosecuted.
12 In line with this interpretation, Congress has enacted an extensive set of statutes that trigger a host of special wartime authorities concerning the military, foreign trade, energy, communications, alien enemies, and other issues if Congress declares war.13
