“Identifiable group” does not include:
those who are or represent national security threats, enemies foreign and domestic, enemy combatants;
Obviously by evidence of the “Canada” “government” “we” are not all equal before the “law”, certainly foreign occupied government, traitors and double agents and national security threats especially the “Identifiable groups” or those engaged in white European ethnocentric cultural genocide and war, are not equal before the law either, they are exempt from the law; (“some are more equal than others” 1984);
“Identifiable Groups” does not include government masquerading as a religion (and therefore is a religion and protected as an identifiable group and not the fraudulent misrepresentation of a government); for instance you can consider Sharia Law and Talmud law, or anything aligned with the church of satan, etc et al, governments masquerading as a religion, a so called identifiable group, and therefore protected, as a result we can have millions of government double agents or so called identifiable groups immune and protected from prosecution or even challenging the official narrative, or even commenting on with truth, facts or inconvenient evidence, including state crimes against democracy, crimes against humanity, war crimes, illegal wars, actions contrary to the Geneva Convention or any and all acts of genocide and war;

“The rules based international order” has more ambiguity, whose rules, what international order?

An “identifiable group” does not seem to include identifiable governments and religion, including integrated military, that promote torture, abuse, violence, rape and engage in total depravity and various crimes, that is also classified as religion or sexual orientation and immune from prosecution and rendering any comments against that as so called “hate speech”.
