The door of opportunity to the future
The door of opportunity to the future is wide open and it is possible that new combinations of people in relationships can make progress, enable, augment and amplify, make a contribution, and make a difference a real lasting and awesome difference. This is how a network or enterprise or nation building project operates, combinations of people, connections, competence, products, services and anything else of value, with the make it happen logistics of people and everything else.
This works in enterprise, where there are business combinations, or project co-development, even the prime contractor and supply chains, literally have a chain of command, there are opportunities to excel and exercise leadership, build character, with solid long term relationships and successful mission tasking.
Comprehensive or Complicated – what goes on in the enterprise?
In the enterprise, even more so, the public or private companies building something for the government, public works, defence technology, or any major project, there are layers of organization, documentation, general and specialized staff and typically considerable in magnitude and comprehensive detail, that many people would be overwhelmed with whether in general or specialized work, credentials, experience or pure genius and uncanny ability.
Another reason to have a dedicated human resource staffing department to acquire or retain and deploy personnel with strategic, tactical and organizational genius to the endeavour, however possible, and like the pieces to the puzzle, the right person in their zone excels in their work and life becomes like magic.
Looking through the window in the door as Opportunity Knocks
It is essential in everyday for successful mission tasking success, from the smallest part to components, assemblies and sub assemblies to a much greater super structure to have that vision, being part of it, everyone essential, everyone making a difference. That can apply to any trade or endeavour, many things make up the whole.
I have had the fortunate destiny, providence and honour concerning the Avro Arrow and the redevelopment of the CF-105 Arrow program and other Ultimate Flying Machine aircraft with Comeau-Aerospace.ca and orenda-engines.ca projects and other cool and awesome things that are envisioned. This is a work in progress and there is a lot to organize and be aware of, the challenge and reward and opportunity for sovereignty, freedom and prosperity exists, and goes way beyond me for Canada, something larger than life and the simple beginnings for someone from a small town with big dreams. Maybe now Canadians are ready for it, maybe now, they will understand and see the vision of the Ultimate Canadian Century and how each individual in their own way can be a part of that.
Character Step by Step
I am the visionary guy, the trustee of everything, the CEO of everything awesome, at least “I wannabe” seeing and understanding the magnitude of many things is essential, like inventing the way is inventing the future. Knowing that being extremely dedicated to keep going forward no matter what the problems and challenges are, regardless of the frustrations, which offer the opportunity to build capacity and competence of character building being rust rated against anything corrosive to me, or in the case of discouragement being more extroverted with optimism and encouragement or not achieving expectations, still regard everything achieved so far and continue to make effort not excuses.
The ideas of being (f)rust rated and encouraging and optimistic often starts with many experiences that challenge us with problems we must solve. We change our words, language, use affirmations, keep doing, being, creating, that is where the action is at, look at the stars not get buried in the muck or in a rut which is a grave with the ends knocked out. It is all about character building, and the untold truth, with some heart and soul added for good measure, on the road to super achievement.
The door of opportunity and the challenges offer plenty of room for improvement in character, personal and professional development, and that is also available to other personnel in any organization, enterprise or endeavour. So going forward with the idea of being (f) rust rated instead of frustrated is essential, as that prevents or enables certain people, places, events, experiences, learning and growth, things and even states of being, doing, achieving, having or anything we can think of.
Envision, articulate and organize
Setting the goals high, no matter the target or vision, all that takes a lot, especially for someone that is not necessarily a really good CEO, someone who prefers hands on doing things, build, research and development, actually figuring things out in great detail, and yet, writing and articulating things in great detail is essential to achieving anything or co-ordinating people and resources to do, to achieve, to acquire, to invest, to develop, to build, to deploy, to promote and market, to sell, to integrate with or engage in co-development or various business and technology combinations, and especially to find a way to offer an environment and organization that people will want to work with as part of the team.
Yes, all that takes a lot of work, work for it, not have it handed to you, not take it by force, to actually go forward and build something out of next to nothing, and maybe keep doing that for a long time and continue to keep going forward making progress regardless of anything, whether it is the political, industrial economic, enterprise and business cycles, the demand or capacity to produce and deliver products and services or even the customers that can also walk through the door of opportunity.
The Resolution to Succeed
Certainly anything that represents problems or challenges require our attention, all these things require dedication and effort to solve and resolve, resolution beyond annual meetings or new years resolutions that many people make, it is the everyday resolution to succeed, and that is what many people are confronted with, and these things maybe are only the simplified version, there are a lot more factors at play or at war, depending on the industry, enterprise or individual or organization, especially in the big money world, legal and financial environment, personnel staffing challenges, national and geo-politics, as well as the immediate individual challenges, problems and opportunities.
Optimism for potential
If in writing this, it can be beneficial to others and certainly there are a lot of professional people out there with a lot more competence for certain things, and many things more than me, I will continue to do what I do, to envision the future and describe that in great detail so others can be aware of that and understand it and hopefully be a part of that endeavour. We all need to play the hand we are dealt, that is part of the game.
Being the ultra-nationalist wizard of the great white north has a certain appeal and style that goes with it. The ultra-nationalist visionary really describes that for what I do, inventing the future with individual creative imagination and finding a way to transform thought into reality.
In the ideal world and in the mental and financial space of being a billionaire, it is possible to have greater power and speed to do things, however it is still essential to spend a lot of time to envision the future, describe that or articulate that in great detail and set the stage to achieve goals and make progress. At the end of the day, I hope that I would have done and achieved certain specific things.
Being more organized and a more detailed vision takes work and effort, however, that can save a lot of time and money and vastly improve the results. All of that takes really good people, and yes, the right person at the right time dong the right thing. Some people are really gifted at certain things, and they really know how to make that happen.
Intellectual Capital and Intellectual Property
Knowing that people themselves are worth a lot more than they imagine, since having a knowledge base, an experience base, character and competence, it is totally more possible to have the related enterprise with working share owners and actually establishing value for such things as intellectual capital and property.
Capital structure and securities, in particular something like common shares can be utilized in the recruiting process from the very beginning and along the journey of creating new wealth, technology, products, services, projects, intellectual capital and property, the productive power of the enterprise and organization, profitability, often in dividends, bonus of cash and common shares or anything useful and possible and appreciated.
Bigger Vision – Bigger Possibilities – Bigger Future
Even more activity generates more possibilities, which may include business combination, business units, co-development, supply chain and other co-operative venture for new wealth generation and producing power, general and specialized teams or group, as well as the individual genius in the fortress of solitude in the zone of super achievement.
