They keep telling us it’s free.
They repeat it like a mantra.
“Free healthcare. Be grateful. Be quiet.”
But the truth is colder than the hospital waiting rooms packed with suffering souls: there is no such thing as free healthcare in Canada.
Not even close.
You don’t pay at the door—but you bleed for it somewhere else.
You bleed at the pump.
At the grocery store.
On your paycheck.
And for what?
To be put on a waitlist.
To be told “try again in six months.”
To watch loved ones deteriorate while politicians boast about “universal coverage” from behind closed doors with private doctors on call.
Here’s the reality they don’t want to admit.
You pay for healthcare every single day through one of the highest tax burdens in the developed world. And what do you get in return?
Rationed care.
Overworked staff.
Underfunded facilities.
And an elite class that quietly skips the line—sometimes even skips the country—while you sit and suffer.
They call it “free” because you don’t get a bill.
But let’s be honest: it’s just invisible billing.
And anyone still clinging to the fairy tale that we live in some kind of medical utopia has either never used the system… or is too far gone to wake up.
The worst part?
They use this illusion to silence criticism.
To guilt you.
To make you feel ungrateful for daring to point out that people are dying while waiting for care that should have come months ago.
They weaponize the word “free” to keep the masses sedated.
But the cracks are showing. The truth is leaking out, one delayed surgery, one neglected emergency, one quiet funeral at a time.
We’re not ungrateful.
We’re not anti-Canada.
We just want honesty.
And the courage to admit what everyone already knows deep down:
What’s happening isn’t care. It’s control.
