Prosecutors in Hungary have made public their intention to accuse the billionaire philanthropist and banker George Soros of aiding and abetting the murder of Jewish Hungarians in Budapest during the Holocaust.

According to a source at the prosecutor’s office in Budapest, Hungary, the allegations state that between September 1942 and January 1943, Soros knowingly and intentionally worked with the Nazis. The government led by Prime Minister Viktor Orban has long been dedicated to pursuing redress for historical wrongdoings done by Hungarians who collaborated with the Nazi regime. Soros, who was born into a Jewish family in Hungary in 1930, has been accused of “hiding in plain sight” for decades by utilizing his immense wealth. Soros was born in 1930.
