Terrorism is essentially the use of force or the threat of the use of force.
The two previous Ministers of Defence were both engaged in genocide, bio-terrorism, bio-weapons deployment and high treason against Canada and in particular National Defence Personnel, and the government of Canada, with the forced vaccination bio-weapons bio-terrorism actions.
